Hi Dan! I am just lurking around RB and here....waiting. I haven't had much to say for awhile until now. I spoke to Jerry, a new IR person for Cule yesterday for about 20 minutes. Here's what I got out of the conversation:

1. Between the 9th and the 15th, somewhere in here, cule will be launching the rumored promotional contest to atract future customers and investors. The contest is supposedly very interesting and fun.

2. Retail portion of the website will be up in 30-45 days as a rough estimate. The general infrastructure is done and Jerry says it looks great! He hasn't seen the content just the color scheme and general design. Supposedly, this is the hardest part and simply linking the product databases will be simple.

3. Everything, in general, is still on track and cule as a whole is still very motivated and excited.

4. Cule started-out with ~600-700k in the bank. Jerry asked them how much they currently have and they said the same. It appears that they haven't had to spend too much to get to this point which is good. Most of that will be eaten up when they start promoting their site. I know that they needed ~1000000 dollars to complete financing. Jerry said he believes they are currently in the midst of securing the financing they need. He doesn't believe financing will be an issue.

5. Possibly news this week or early next.

6. He mentioned that cule is going into a very competitive business and their whole premise is to add lots and lots of entertainment value to the website in order to attract/retain customers. With free e-mail, games, chat, interviews, and online magazines, cule will really be trying to hold the customer's attention.

All in all, I was very pleased with Jerry's answers. I don't think this will be an issue of cule going online but more so of retaining/attracting enough customers. With more and more younger people going online by the minute, cule should be positioned for HUGE growth if gonebad.net is any indication of the interactivity cule's site will have. I am very patient and just waiting. This is going to happen!! (;

Regards,
Tobin
