All - BDE information...

Yesterday afternoon I talked to the Mark Dyne, the CEO of Brilliant Digital Entertainment (BDE). I was hoping to talk to the CFO but he was unavailable - and I was pleased to talk to the top guy for a couple minutes.

Here is the most important news. There are currently NO convertible debentures remaining! Nada. None. Not one! . The last of those held by the Roseworth (sp) group were converted (presumably in the last week). So they have NONE.

That means that the insiders think this is the best price they can get for those debentures.

Private placements of stock have raised $4.5 mill in the last quarter, so they are doing fine with cash. Since this group of investors now counts as insiders, this is equivalent to saying that insiders have purchased $4.5 mill in stock.

The $6 mill credit line was 'an insurance policy' in the case that these private placements were not successful. There are currently around 12 mill shares outstanding.

Have fun,
David
