Symbol: PTI.W; Cusip: 70319W 99 1
Patheon Inc. additional common shares will commence trading at the opening
on July 8, 1999, on an if, as and when issued basis. The offering is for
2.75 million common shares to be sold at a price of $11.00 per share. The
closing of the prospectus offering is anticipated to be before the opening
on July 15, 1999.
Based on the closing of the prospectus offering on July 15, 1999, all
trades in PTI.W on July 8, 1999, and July 9, 1999, will be for special
settlement on July 15, 1999. Beginning on July 12, 1999, to and including
July 15, 1999, all PTI.W additional common shares will trade on a regular
