Pork Loin has the least amount of fat...but since it's so lean...you have to be careful on the BBQ.... I grilled some pork loin chops last night, they were thicker... Rubbed the seasoning on them(and some butter too!) Threw them on the hot grill, about 3-4 minutes each side, took them off... wrapped them each in foil with herb butter added.... back on the grill for 10 minutes... perfect....not dry....
