I've heard those rumours for a couple of days. Personally I see no reason for the medium term weakening trade to maintain. The Euro is getting cheap but will need a catalyst to reverse. That said, par will provide significant psychological support. A short term bounce would not be out of the order. But I wouldn't stay at the dance to long.

(English translation: no problem buying Euros but keep a tight stop loss and a tight trailing stop behind any profits)
