NEW YORK, (April 12) BUSINESS WIRE -April 12, 1999--Enrol Corporation(NASDAQ: ENRL). Enrol Corporation has acquired a 100 percent interest in CSI, Inc. (CSI, Inc.), a Texas-based corporation with a business focus on e-commerce, software development, marketing and distribution to the global marketplace.

CSI President Bill Chambers, formerly CEO, President and Director of General Electric Fanuc Automation, Asia Pacific, states that, "CSI is currently experiencing explosive growth and is positioned to be a dynamic force in the e-commerce.com marketplace. Internet sales will be supported by a recognized direct sales force of 50,000 sales representatives." All sales are supported by well-established in-house technical support and fulfillment. The technical support services range from a full MIS level support team to general customer service, which presently provides technical support to Apple Computer, Diamond Multimedia and E-Machines, among others. CSI supports a state-of-the-art duplication and production facility with the ability to produce 120,000 units per day.

CSI is currently receiving tremendous interest in its Time Bomb product line. Time Bomb is a suite of products which provides a proven and simple "fix" for the Y2K problem, which exists in an estimated 100 million PC's in North America.
