Chevron/Sasol building a 20000/30000 bbl a day plant in Nigeria to produce sulfur free diesel and napatha from natural gas. They want to have it in operation when the new emmision laws take affect in Europe about 2004. Drastic reductions in pollution from diesels when you burn this fuel. The best would be a diesel with ATF conversion and this new sulphur free diesel for pilot fuel.....super clean.......raisin
