Being able to charge for extras work, like in the automobile market. For a commodity item like Cameras, which people buy off the shelves, this method doesn't work. The manufacturer must make a
leap of faith that customers will buy CLIK!s value proposition.

The folks buying digital cameras are not the same ones that buy disposable cameras. The digital buyer is a technically oriented individual who's first questions are usually 'what size CF comes with the camera, what's the resolution of the pictures, how many pictures can I fit on each CF card, what do additional cards cost' Depending on how the camera is used will determine what the real cost of operating the camera is, not the shelf price alone. When buyers do a real cost analysis they will see for themselves if a Clik! or CF make better sense for them.

Give the buyer a choice.
