Since, 4/30/99, it appears that ABYT has financed part of
H-Net roll-out with an increase in the float of 100,000
shares. Also, added one new employee, bringing the total
employee count to 21. Still, the float for ABYT is only
2.1 Mil shares. A little buy side pressure...and look out!
