CALGARY, ALBERTA (May 26) BUSINESS WIRE -May 26, 1999-- EnRol Corporation(OTC Bulletin Board:ENRL) NASDAQ: OTC-BB: ENRL: EnRol Corporation ("EnRol"), in conjunction with its wholly owned subsidiary, Continua Systems, Inc. ("Continua") announces the successful launch of its proprietary "TimeBomb" software program. The program was designed to target, assess and correct the three critical PC application clocks relating to the CMOS, BIOS and Real-Time System clocks. EnRol and Continua began distributing the software worldwide via a licensing agreement and sales are underway throughout the North America, the U.K., Germany, Scandinavia, Czechoslovakia, South Africa, and the Republic of China.

EnRol acquired one hundred percent of Continua Systems, Inc. last month. The merger of the two companies has proven to be successful and has generated over US $529,000 in sales over the past two weeks.

Distributors provide their particular markets, i.e., commercial, goveavel, entertainment or in the home PC markets, with a testing diskette. The diskette enables the users to diagnose the extent of their Y2K non-compliance problems. The user has the option to choose between three software packages that best suit the their needs and dependent upon the extent of their non-compliance issues. The "TimeBomb" software is available on-line or can be ordered via a toll-free telephone call and is shipped directly to the user. Compared to most of the Y2K solutions available in today's marketplace, the TimeBomb software is designed to "fix" the three time-clocks for a fraction of the cost.

A highly effective marketing and distribution program has been established for TimeBomb and other software, communications and business services and equipment. With this comprehensive plan in place, Continua has a database comprised of over 380,000 "E-Club Members". The Company expects to expand this member base to over 1 Million in the next several months. The members will have easy and affordable access to multiple products offered by the Company.

EnRol has continued to target and acquire various other companies in the software, custom IT programming and related business communications arenas. The Company is presently negotiating with several "product and service" based companies.

EnRol is a public holding company based in Waco, Texas. The Company trades its common shares on the NASDAQ, OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Martin Matthews is CEO of Continua Systems, Inc. and brings twenty five years experience in marketing and communications. The services and products distribution strategy has been proven to be successful and will continue to grow."
