Dave: I don't believe this.

I think the guy must just be plain stupid, believes what he is saying, and doesn't think about what he is saying. In other words, I think his comments about IPM are too stupid (because of the position he puts himself into) to suspect that he is doing it with some ulterior motive in mind. If he were smart enough to have an ulterior motive, he wouldn't be stupid enough to say what he did.

How's that for logic?
