Don't you think companies like GE, AOL, and Softbank would be aware of any problems. Possibly not but the story as is still seems like much ado about nothing. Though it is surprising/worrisome not to have a response from the company this close to an IPO. If the above companies didn't know about this, I'm sure they got an answer by now. How about it HJ?
