Jeff: Regarding Terry Alexander's presence or lack thereof at Delgratia...after questions started being raised about Arakis' financing deal with a fictitous Saudi prince to develop their Sudan oil concession, Alexander said he was still buying the stock (after the stock started to tank).

Later, accusations were made (I don't know if there was ultimately any proof of this) that Alexander was actually selling shares through some oversees shell corporation.

I would start sniffing for rats if Alexander is around. Delgratia's stock price of the last few days looks pretty ratty to me.
