Scam of the century..........NOT ! I have talked to many sources at mining companies and not one of them doubted that the assays were anything but REAL. Many Bay Street and NY analysts have been on the Busang site and seen the core, etc...and I haven't heard one of them doubt that the gold is not there. Bridge News has been notoriously unreliable. Remember the one about Barrick buying IPJ. I have heard that Barrick was a very large buyer of Bre-X today. If someone can post the net broker summary it would be appreciated. If it is true I would bet Dominion Securities would likley have had the order or it would have come out of the U.S. The COWS are coming in a week (?) so this is the last chance for the shorts to cover. They need volume. Good time to get a negative story out. Options expiry was today for March. Wouldn't you just love to have bought some cheap puts with a day to go for a dime. On the other side if you were short those puts uncovered and didn't bother to buy them back........SELLLLLLLLLLL ! I'm sure there was a lot of that today. ....Any comment MIKE N. Walsh has only sold less than 10% of his stock. Same with Felderhoff and others. Walsh has held out for higher prices for Bre-X shareholders throughout this whole saga. Why didn't he just dump it off quickly instead of drilling and drilling. Why is Indomin excited about their property. The other side: Fire at Field office, DeGuzman death, Bre-x didn't split cores. I say its just food for the bea rumours. I bought a lot of Bresea today under $7 in what I think will be a very profitable purchase. I left some room for Monday in case the G&M finds a way to scare everyone even more (then I'll be sure it was Barrick). Great chance to pick up some cheap South Pacific too. I feel very deeply for the people out there that got hurt very badly. My heart is with them. It's really too bad that this game has to continue to the detriment of small shareholders. I hope they straiten this out PRONTO so that margin selling is not a sudden problem. BOB I am still scared a little bit from a fallout if Minorca gets shafted. If it is going to happen lets hope it is after Bre-x gets the COWs so that it doesn't cause another slide.
