That reminds me about the stock that I bought in 1989 for $17.50. A few weeks later it was over $21, so I called my broker to take profits. When I called, my broker said that the last trade was $21.875 and asked if I wanted to sell at the market. I told him to sell at $22.

It never made it to $22. The stock is now trading for $0.33, and that was my last limit order.
