Richard, <<Would you want crooks holding a lien on your business?>> I think the answer to this question is obvious. Of course not. It is extremely important to find strategic business partners in any line of business. Since the share holders have no say so in who will finance operations, disclosure for the sake of disclosure is unimportant and could actually be counter productive if the share holders of the company go pestering the funding source for information as the IPM share holders did with anyone that did business with them. If Maxam is wishing disclosure of the source than one could speculate that perhaps they wish to become a reporting company once again and they are trying to look further down the road.

In regards to the way the shares are distributed to the funding source is a tricky situation IMHO. Details of that nature are totally dependent on trust and perspective as to which side of the coin you are looking at the deal from.

In regards to preferred share, etc... distribution I look forward to having something to believe in again. I miss the days when people believed that a man was only as good as his word. Which is not saying anything bad about Dale because I am sure that he may have very good reasons behind his decisions. Just thinking out loud so to speak.

Chuck
