C'mon Dave—that's a 'bob sims' answer. Suppose your neighbor files a suit against you today because he doesn't like your petunias. He may think he has a case. All he has to do is pay a lawyer to write it up and file it. So, we should all bug you about it because he thinks he has a real case against you?
