I've got only about half that much but I'm sure my average cost is much greater. However, I can only hope that sooner than later, someone will take notice of what is in the ground down there in Washington and take the initiative to go after it. I too believe the potential for a big one has not changed. It does appear though, that even this new management doesn't have the ability to get this thing off the ground. Hopefully, I'll soon be proven wrong! B.
