OOL owns oriolesystems.com 100%, when merged with something(which could be only by way of reverse takeover),the ownership of OOL will be diluted. The shareholders of other company may receive up to 49% interest in the the merged company with OOL holding 51%. Depends on the price of new co. and number of shares our interest could be translated in dilution of OOL ownership, if in time OOL would cease to exist and OOL shareholders were to take a direct stake in the subsidiary. Very difficult to guess. As of now what is wholly owned, will not be as there will be dilution after the merger.
