APNT underwriters are FBCO, HMQT DBKS, RHCO AND CHAS. FBCO is on ask right now at 3/8, this is bullish, i have seen this in the past, they will hold it down and then let it go big, we could see this tomorrow or monday as soon as FBCO exhausts the inventory. Same thing happened with RAMP and GSPN and other stocks. NASDBULL
