To all the 'Bickersons' posting here lately.

While we all, 'shorts' and 'longs' alike, purport to be expert financial analysts, exceptionally few of us probably really are, myself included. Therefore all our opinions are just that, just opinions.

As a long though I take comfort in that the venture partners and owners of the Wave's recently announced acquisition target N*Able Technology (www.nabletech.com) agreed to be paid in Wave Systems' stock rather than cash. If Wave's stock is as worthless as some on this board (and as an analyst recently wrote in Barrons) allege then there should be no way sophisticated venture capital investors from Chase Capital Partners (www.chasecapital.com), Gordon Campbell's Techfarm/Techfund Inc. (www.techfarm.com), Cambridge Samsung Partners (www.cspartners.com), Mitsui Comtek Corp. (www.mitsuicomtek.com) and Databook Inc. would have accepted the offer of purchase.

Just thought this item should be remembered as the 'bickering' on this board continues.
