Don't forget this happened a couple of years ago when MO fell
to 45...I bought at that price and sold at a huge profit a few
months later (to my unending remorse since it skyrocketed a few
months after that).

So at this point MO is looking attractive just for the dividends,
the stock buybacks, the upcoming split, and, most of all, the
strong shareholder division.

Only question is: how much further is it going to fall before it
rebounds? If it falls back to 90 or so, I'm sure gonna buy back
in because, even if they do end up paying out those lawsuits, it's
still going to be a cheap stock at that price.

Without the lawsuits, MO's estimated per share value is over $200.
