Industri-Matematik Names New CFO
STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1999--
- Lars-Goran Peterson, Former CFO, Named Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration -
Industri-Matematik International Corp. (www.im.se and NASDAQ-NM Symbol: IMIC), a recognized leader in high performance supply chain management solutions, today announced the appointment of Mr. Karl Asp as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Lars-Goran Peterson who has taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration.

Asp joined Industri-Matematik on February 1, 1999 as Director of Corporate Finance. Prior to that, he was Finance Manager at Europolitan AB, a Swedish mobile telephone operator traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Asp was born in the US and began his professional career there. He relocated to Sweden in 1988 with Coopers
& Lybrand where he worked first in international auditing and then in international corporate finance. Asp holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Peterson joined Industri-Matematik in 1992 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 1994. From 1982 to 1992 Peterson was Chief Financial Officer of AB Calvert & Co., a wholesale distributor of tube and steel, and prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Nordiska Industri AB, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor.
