>>The Clik! serves a valuable storage / archive (hopefully someday exchange) function for people who depend on their laptop over their desktop.<<

People who I've talked to about this Pc Card Flop!seem interested in it until they find out it is only 40MB. Then they lose interest. 40MB serves no real purpose these days, other than for temporary storage of relatively small files. But you can't exchange these 40MB disks with ANYTHING other than another Windoze laptop. Don't laptops already have networking built-in? I know Apple's do. Flop! is just redundant in this regard. Plus, the internal 6 Gig hard drive that your average laptop ships with is more than adequate room for storage until it is finally archived to CD-R, or backed up onto your desktop/server's hard drive. At least, this is what laptop users I know do.

Other than a tech curiosity or Iomaniac Toy, exactly what purpose does the 40MB PC Card Flop! serve? I just don't get it. And what happens when this initial rush of Iomainacs and tech-heads stops buying this PC Card version of Flop!(just like what happened with the External Flop! units)?
