Re flush-right navigation links.

I mentioned this before, but now offer an example to show you what I mean. I think it would be both more efficient and more attractive if the navigation links for a message were listed flush right in the message space.

Efficiency. Putting the "Next" button flush with the scroll bar requires less mouse movement when reading messages. A mouse pointer on the scroll bar now needs to be moved across the page to get to the next button. It would be moved only a few pixels if the "Next" link were set flush right.

Visual borders: In the example below, notice that the white border on each side of the message also appears above and below the prime part of the message when the navigation links are moved. This has the effect of highlighting the already well-highlighted message even more.
