Pluvia first posted his "warnings" about SBTK after market close on June 14:

SBTK opened at 23 the next day and traded between 18 5/8 and 23. So anybody unfortunate enough to listen to him is losing money right now. (especially put option buyers)

Of course, if you were tipped off in advance of his postings, then you would have been able to short at a higher price. But that would make you part of his self-proclaimed "group", and therefore likely to be on the receiving end of some legal papers. So tell us Kev, did Pluvia tell you in advance before he bothered to post to the rest of us here on SI?
