Archer, I think that is an unduly harsh view

While N*able might not be a household name, they are still a very viable and highly regarded company. They have a substantial group of talented software and hardware engineers, which have managed to design and implement a family of Security Co-Processors: Keyboard/Keypad/Display Controller and SmartCard Controller.

This series of products is suppose to be deployable within the next six months and they have a licensing agreement with Compaq.

A company with these significant assets can always find suitors (and venture capitalists) with cash. N*ABLE accepted WAVX's stock offer for the primary reason that WAVX's Embassy technology strongly complements their product line.
