I admitted that I would never short anything under a $1 and usually never under $2.

Secondly.

Once a floorless debenture or floorless convertable Preferred is issued , it is irrelevant what they are using the money for.

The issuer of the debentures will simply short $4 million worth of stock. When the stock drops more, they will be able to short more with the profits from the first short.

This is why it is called a death spiral.

Thirdly. If I was shorting CLVE, do you really think I would announce that the Prefereds were a kiss of death???

Course not, I would let you pump it so I could short sell forever.

Get a grip, stop being paranoid.

Read up on Debentures tonight, and learn something for a change.

The only difference between you and other newbies, is that you have a big mouth.

I could care less if you lose all of your money, it all the people you will suck in to these crap investments that I hope to help avoid the loss.
