Sounds good to me Greg......Thats what Zevco is doing with their cells.....Batteries provide all the motive power and a small fuel cell keeps the batteries charged. A small SOFC on gasoline....charging some nickel zinc...nickel iron..or zinc air batteries......I like it! The Toyota is really pretty complicated. You start out under battery power....at a certain speed or load...the gasoline engine kicks in to help with power....It may be shifting back and forth. Honda just released their hybrid. Uses 1.0 liter engine with a battery to help out when needed. I like our idea better. GM is testing bus in New York that runs on batteries only but has a small diesel running at constant speed to keep a charge............raisin
