re: WMI I agree on deeper problems. There is probably a thread dedicated to this type of "broken value" situation. I would be looking for fundamental changes such as new management, a new, large outside investor to shake up the board, greater contact with analysts... This one doesn't look as dismal as some that I have watched but if you can't trust the management then anything can happen. Witness the former CCA, now PZN. Patience on the buy decision has served me well in these cases but I'm not sure if I'm going to bite on this one.
