Obviously MESG plans to expand into some or all of these places. However, they may also be trying to avoid future cybersquatting. Hence the reason for registering the .io name, which is relatively useless (Britain, Indian Ocean Territories). I just checked for Canada (.ca)... nothing there, mainly because they would actually have to open an office there first (annoying domain name bureaucracy!). Who knows how fast all the expansion is going to be... but with the number of cards that are facing up on the table already (just look at the contracts), it's obvious MESG has gorilla plans. Sometimes stuff is too obvious.
