Fun-da-Mental -- thanks for sharing your views.

You'll notice I didn't say - a person of your limited skills. I intended only to allow that having worked from the technical side you might not feel that you had strong opinions about the wisdom or folly of investing in the stuff. I agree with your assessment in most respects, but the level of bearishness in the gold market appears to have reached such a level that the risk/reward is worth a small position.
