last night on a TAPED show ,Howard Pearl blurts out
that "nasdaq listing will be in 60 days or less".

Caught me by surprise as well as everybody else I knew that had
a vested interest in this stock. The stock gaps up and doesn't
look back with over 4.9 mil shares traded. At 3.58 Pm I read a
Reuters report on SH stating that Howard incorrectly stated the
Nasdaq listing and should have said the "20F filling".

There was plenty of opportunity before the shows airing to correct
the problem or before Market open. If for some reason they did not
feel it was that important ,then the fact that almost 3 mil shares
trade before noon with a $1 Dollar increase should have be enough to activate a HALT and tell their shareholders what they did.
This is IMHO fraudulent, the only people who were able to sell their shares with corrected information were institutions and brokers who have a Reuters feed .Everybody else had to read about it after the markets closed at 4:30 Pm. Also IR has confirmed as per
"FOREX" on SH.

Let's not kid ourselves the Nasdaq line was key to todays move.
This is why the Americans have a dislike for Canadians stock and
Bre-x comes to mind. This may be a little harsh but I am pissed.

Should the SEC be involved ?
