I understand your anger Vitalsigns but from what you wrote I have to say that I don't think what they did can be considered fraudulent.... the SEC will laugh if you bring this up. Not having a Reuters feed is not considered a good excuse for making what might turn out to be a bad trade. They'll just say the tools are there for everyone and that Reuters was the quickest and best way to get the information out.

This is IMHO fraudulent, the only people who were able to sell their shares with corrected information were institutions and brokers who have a Reuters feed
