Seriously, I do think it is the Office Bar. I hope that everybody knows that they can edit the startup programs using Explorer. The path is C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.

I strongly suggest deleting the MS indexer, this is nothing but a load. Also, if you have Corel Draw, it loads an indexer that will crash you every so often.
