Actually, I am not really actually playing the quiet period. If I like the stock I buy it ... sadly too high and too soon ... and once I have it (and am stuck for a bit) I wait for the quiet period to end and coverage to begin -- and hope that there will be good coverage. With NPLS I am pretty confident that there will be coverage initiated, especially by GS who already put it on a recommended list. What do you mean there is no such thing ...no such thing as a quiet period?
