What caused the gap down was this: Message 5609170 The next day just happened to be one of the worst stock market days in 1998 (of course) and MRVC "forgot" to schedule a conference call on Thursday evening or Friday. They hurriedly set one up for Monday, but the damage was done. The prior close was $14.375 and your post was 14,375. How is that for a coincidence?
