Probably overreacting somewhat. NASDAQ has a fasttrack for Inut stocks(unwritten), if they really wish to achieve a NASDAQ listing in 60 days they probably could, because the 20F could be tutored. However, in saying that, the likelihood of any company meeting a 60 day deadline is farfetched when the SEC is involved.

I think people will remember Bid.com and how it ramped up as they got closer to the NASDAQ listing, they will use Razorfish as the benchmark, and they will have the Q report.

If this adds volatility to the stock..........I'm a daytrader...do I care<gg> Ultimately was Pearl wrong....maybe....maybe not. Was bid.coms announcment of a 60-90 days wrong, because they missed it, or was that best guess at the time?????
