You are right but you are wrong because of my sloppy wording. The convertible converts into common at a 60% premium to the market for the common at the time the convert was sold. So it was convertible at around $6 + If the common stock had failed, or still fails to be above this price when conversion can first be done then the conversion price begins to adjust down, and the pfd is indeed floorless.

So many variables that it is difficult to even guess what is driving the stock. The psoriasis results were better than many expected but can that be the driver? No, so we agree on that.

Don't know what could have leaked even from others outside the company. Trial data still blinded. But who knows it could be news about Mycoprex deal, and someone leaking from that side. Seems XOMA really wants to be the first to say anything about anything, which of course makes sense. They did in fact surprise everyone with their annual meeting news.

Thanks for the congratulations. I don't know if I deserve them or was just to stupid to sell. At any way it's not over till it's over. Think he said that too. Not sure because I don't follow any sport.
