Scrapps-- Yes, the Robot's now tied to COMS, but I think that in a perverse (and entirely accidental) way this was a perfect time to announce the merger. Why? Even without it USRX wouldn't be at 80-90 now, as so many seem to think: name me a tech stock that's taken a major jump recently, no matter how good the company's business or exciting its prospects. Don't know how long this state of affairs will last, but certainly every time we get a day of relief--like Thursday--things turn poopy again immediately. And now we're moving into the earnings-warning period, which isn't likely to help. So I think the Robot would have had to wait awhile anyway before making a move. Janice
