I will get more specific when I feel a little bit more certain about the rumor.

However, let me say this: I was expecting AMD to have 6-12 months of near certain performance lead. If the rumor mill is right, this should be *at least* 12-18 months. That would give AMD lots of time to establish the Athlon platform.
