I think that Compaq should not be discounted as a potential suitor... Compaq needs a shot in the arm...and they are already working together.... that poster who seemed to know about the earnings...surprise...suggested Compaq...also...along with Siemens.. his comments: " For the record I think Compaq will make a serious bid for c-tron in the next 6 months ,and if seimens try to buy us in the next 2 months Compaq will bid for us as well. " so....maybe ....Compaq will be the buyer... he also...said..that with Spectrum..the price would be close to 30...so the 20's estimate is low.... we shall see......smile.. very long on CS here.....Mary
