All these people are doing is trying to hassle the people on this thread and force you to get off topic, IDTC, and loose confidence in your investment. We should be talking about the SBN.com announcement, the IPO coming up, etc. Mama bear and the others that come out at night are just parasites that feed on harassing people.

H60 and others with the facts should stick to it. That's why I read this thread. I wish I was as knowledgeable as you guys so I could post more.

The facts from 98 report as posted earlier are:

<< As of July 31, 1998, the Company had made loans and advances in the aggregate
amount of approximately $24.4 million to other telecommunications and Internet
companies to help establish strategic relationships and facilitate penetration into key
markets. The Company may be a party to similar transactions in the future.

In May 1998, the Company entered into an agreement with a telecommunications
company, Lermer Overseas Telecommunications, Inc. ("Lermer"), pursuant to which the
Company provided Lermer with a $25 million credit facility (the "Facility"). Loans can
be drawn on the Facility through May 1999 and cannot be
