Investor Beware: When a company suddenly changes auditors, alarm bells should sound. And don't let any analyst tell you differently. When I hear a company say they want to change auditors because their auditor doesn't understand technology companies as well as they should, that sounds eerily like saying -- "We want to indulge in some creative accounting but these guys won't have any of it."
