Nokia has pulled back but we won't know if the pullback is over until the three box up. The momentum is positive suggesting that perhaps it is.
Many times stocks trade past the top of their 10 week trading band.
The RS is in X's and the sector is in X's but above 60%. I'd suggest buying only on pullback with good risk rewards.
