The 19.0 MM shares that are currently outstanding have not been adjusted to reflect the investments from Vulcan Ventures and MCI/Worldcom. Per Yahoo, there are only 7.6 MM shares in the float. biz.yahoo.com In response to the post immediately preceding yours, Vulcan Ventures and MCI/Worldcom are injecting $600.0 MM into the company. There will be no immediate need to sell any additional shares.
