Larry: The reason is purely technical, this was the breakout point and IPMCF failed to hold it ascending line, thus it has a good chance of building a support were the prior resistance was. If it breaks back under that, it goes back into its own bear market, and the chart will look similar to IOMG and IMPX. My fear is that in any event, it will drag down the rest of the desert palys whether they deserve it or not. Add to that the recent black eye imparted to the junior golds sector by Teri Alexander of Arakis fame, and the picture is not pretty. When Jensen delivers on the imminent financing, the fundamental changes may be sufficient to overcome what right now looks like a very poor technical picture. Zeev
