You are right Chip I think you would have no problem passing the gasfitter entrance exam. That is one of the largest hurdles PEMS are going to have major problems with. They are trying to build their own tanks because the 4 major world producers of pure hydrogen are not going to touch their systems with a 10 ft. pole. They will have trouble finding an insurance company as well, except maybe Ickey Bickey. Check out Praxair site, they really do supply the space program.

P.S. You have the same valid concerns as the State of California. If people want to publicly advertise products that are not certified and insured; I sincerely hope they are prepared to face any lawsuits on their own and nobody gets seriously hurt. Also there are 14 major bus manufacturers in the States building hybrid buses and none of them have anything to do with BLD or PEMS.
