I think you raise some valid concerns. However I think that this could be a winner for several reasons nontheless. First, institutional activity has not begun...yet. Once they discover this.. watch out. Second raising capital by issuing more shares... could be a problem but getting FDA approval is expensive I guess. Third, they have not begun selling the toothbrush or the laser in the U.S. yet. When they do the stock could take off. Yes it's a risk, and I wouldn't bet the farm on it but at $3-$4 per share it's a reasonable gamble.
