Hi Gary,
We love to hit on the MM's as being the bad guys, but I have come to respect them for the risks they run every minute of every day. This stock is an example of what happens when someone decides for whatever reason to unload. The mm's are the buyers of last resort. They have to suck it up when all other buyers are exhausted, scared whitless, or just plain stuplified.

Obviously they are going to mark-it-down to attract some interest or make the seller back off. A old friend once cautioned me that there are many reasons people in management sell stocks, but there is only one reason they buy them. In CJMT's case it appears to be forced liquidation by a big holder...can't be taking profits.. so it dumb money even if its big money.

John
Visit my TopGun page sometime, we can't do stocks under $5 or BB either... but NASDAQ only. Have a good weekend.
